Density, density, density! This girl is loaded with fleece, shearing a 5 lb blanket in 2015 at 5 years of age. Not only is she dense, but she has considerable fineness, good locks, and great luster. Barbara D is a big boned girl with a correct square frame and wide set legs. She has a pleasing head and a good bite. She exemplifies all the positive traits of a suri, and will be a wonderful production dam.
Barbara's sire is the 9X Champion, Yodi's Creation, shown on both the east and west coasts by Wildlife Ranch and Baker's Alpaca Patch. Yodi's Creation produces amazing density, lock, and luster on his crias, and Barbara is a prime example. Her grand sire is Yodi, a champion modern rose grey from 2 grey parents, Silver Bullet and Infinity Grey. Barbara's grey background makes for interesting possibilities of grey offspring.
Her dam is Pistol's Peruvian Laura, the white daughter of her sire, Pistol (med brown) by the famed Gunsmoke (modern rose grey) and Lumina (medium fawn).
She is currently not pregnant, and she can be bred to a Wild Rose Suri Ranch or Rainbow Mountain Alpacas herd sire for a greatly reduced fee with her purchase.
